Systems Geotechnique Ltd acquires Fondedile Foundations Ltd.

Systems Geotechnique Ltd, the St Helens based specialist geotechnical contractor, has acquired foundations and consolidation specialist, Fondedile Foundations Ltd. from Sir Robert McAlpine

Systems Geotechnique has seen sustained growth during the last 6 years with work on such high profile projects as Project Evergreen and Lyme Regis Coastal Protection Scheme. The acquisition enlarges both the plant fleet and workforce to meet client demand.

The fit with Fondedile is seen as highly advantageous to both parties especially in the London and South East region where Fondedile has traditionally been very strong.
